Mehrdad Sports Complex is one of the earliest private modern establishments in the Karaj province. The founder of this complex had an athletic background and a dream to set up a modern sports center with high-quality amenities and a variety of services. This personal dream led to the opening of the Mehrdad Sports and Cultural Complex. Mehrdad Sports Complex has a variety of facilities a gym, aerobics salon, yoga studio, dance classes, as well as including swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi complimented with a health buffet and store. These classes are held for different age groups and by expert instructors in each field. The swimming teams of Mehrdad Sports Complex have so far won numerous awards in swimming competitions in the province.
In the recreational division, customers can use the swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi during the day on their own or with their family and friends.

Sports Store and Healthy Buffet
Considering the convenience of being able to buy healthy meals and sports gear at the facility for our customers, we offer a healthy meal buffet as well as a sports gear store at our gym. The food plans are recommended by our nutrition consultants and the gears are endorsed by our coaches, instructors, and personal trainers.
Buffet foods include fresh meals that are prepared in our industrial kitchen as well as packaged food. A variety of fresh vegetable and fruit juices are also available and are served in hygienic containers.
